Terms and Conditions

Quality and Commitment: Our farmers, at Yahweh’s All Natural Farm & Garden, pledge to provide the freshest fruits, vegetables, and herbs at the estimated times, ensuring they are of the highest possible quality. However, nature ultimately determines the specific items and their timing. As a valued member, you share in both the bounty and the risk. In the unlikely event of the CSA’s dissolution, pro-rated refunds will be issued within 60 days.
Supporting Local Agriculture: By joining, you agree to share in the natural risks of farming, such as poor harvests due to unfavorable weather or pests. Our commitment is to provide you with the best produce possible, while you support local agriculture.
Flexible Additions: Occasionally, we may include produce from other all natural farmers to enhance your box with a variety of high-quality items.
Convenient Pick-Up Options: If you ever need someone else to pick up your produce, please designate a person to do so. Unfortunately, missed pick-ups cannot be made up or refunded unless it’s our fault. If you choose to split a share, we will only accept a single payment and provide one collection box.
Home Delivery: For those opting for home delivery, please leave out an ice chest/cooler (64 quarts preferred) if you won’t be home. This ensures your produce stays fresh until you can bring it inside. Please make arrangement to receive protein boxes, no protein will be left in coolers.
Transferable Shares: You can transfer ownership of your share by notifying us in advance. The new member must complete the application and sign the agreement. Financial arrangements for the sale are the responsibility of the original holder.
Payment and Delivery: Your share will be delivered once we receive payment. We accept various payment methods, including cash and various electronic payment options, including Cash App, Apple Pay, and
Refunds Policy: No refunds will be issued after 30 days of membership. In the event of missed consecutive pick-ups, members may lose their share.
Donation of Unclaimed Produce: If produce is not picked up or designated for pick-up by someone else, we may donate it to avoid waste. Refunds will not be issued for these cases.
