This batch of chickens was harvested on September 1st, 2020, and they are large birds for this harvest, most weigh over 4.3 lbs. A total of 50 birds were harvested. We have 20 whole birds left and a few orders of cut-up chicken.
These birds can be a great substitute for turkey for a small family.
