Vegetables take anywhere from 45-100 days from seed to harvest. With your membership, you’ll receive 6 to 8 different vegetables weekly as they come into harvest. If early September weather is favorable, you can expect to have some spring crops such as squash, tomatoes and peppers. Your CSA will come with Greens first. Examples of harvested veggies are Swiss Chard, Kale, Lettuce, Radishes, etc.
Root crop take a little longer but they should be ready by December (Carrots, Beets), Broccoli and Cabbage, Cauliflower by January and then you go into spring Tomatoes, Onion, Squash and Peppers. Approx. packaging is based on a family of four (two adults and two children).
