Vegetables take anywhere from 45-100 days from seed to harvest.  With your membership, you’ll receive 6 to 8 different vegetables every two weeks as they come into harvest.  If early September weather is favorable, you can expect to have some spring crops such as squash, tomatoes and peppers.  Your CSA will come with Greens first.  Examples of harvested veggies are Swiss Chard, Kale, Lettuce, Radishes, etc.

Root crop take a little longer but they should be ready by December (Carrots, Beets), Broccoli and Cabbage, Cauliflower by January and then you go into spring Tomatoes, Onion, Squash and Peppers.  Approx. packaging is based on a family of four (two adults and two children).

Pick Up Options

Wednesdays:
Edinburg pick up is at the World Birding Center 714 S. Raul Longoria Rd, Edinburg; TX 78542 — Pickup is from 11am to 4.30pm
McAllen pick up is at the Major Health food store 1001 S 10th St, McAllen, TX 78501 — Pickup is from 10:30am to 7pm
Weslaco pick up is at the Frontera Audubon Birding Center 1101 S. Texas Blvd, Weslaco, TX 78596 — Pick up from 10am to 4:30pm
Thursdays:
Harlingen pick up is on Thursdays at Yahweh Farm from 10am to 6pm
Brownsville pick up is to be determined.

Delivery Options

We will deliver anywhere in McAllen and Harlingen, up to 50 miles from the farm. Minimum delivery order of $40.00, not including a delivery charge of $10.00. Order must be placed by Monday for Tuesday harvest and Wednesday delivery. Many items are available for home delivery only, like chicken (when available, request to be added on chicken notification availability list), eggs and value added products like salsas, jelly and jams, etc.
